Monthly rent includes water, sewer, trash removal services, 1 assigned off-street parking space, pool maintenance, landscaping, and monthly preventative pest control services. There is an on-site laundry area for your convenience and a nice in-ground pool for your relaxation. We have a limit of 4 people in a 2-bedroom apartment, and small pets (25lbs or less) are allowed – maximum of two pets per apartment.
