All apartments are freshly painted and in great conditions, vacant and ready for immediate occupancy. All prospect tenants over the age of 18 should submit a rental application. A background check and eviction report will be requested after you present your application. No water, electric or cable included, all tenants pay for their own utilities. Proof of Renters insurance is required at move in.
